Hope Bleyer, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Hope has been working in the Social Work field for over 20 years. She received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and then her Master's degree in Social Work from Widener University. She later received her Social Work License from the state of Delaware. Hope began her Social Work career in child welfare at Delaware County Children and Youth Services, where she spent 12 years working with children who were in foster care. She spent 10 of those years as a Supervisor. She also worked as a Supervisor at Child Guidance Resource Center in Delaware County, where she supervised Licensed Behavioral Health Therapists, Mobile Therapists and therapeutic support staff. Hope came to Nemours in 2016, where she was a Social Worker in the PICU, at Swank Autism Center and inpatient Rehab Serivces. In 2022, she joined the VBSO and became the Supervisor of the Non-Clinical Care Coordinators and continues in that role supervising an amazing group of individuals who support the work of primary care.
