Interim Human Resources Manager (Octorara School District) October 2023-present
Currently placed at the Octorara School District as the interim Human Resources Manager, supporting all facets of the K-12 public school district employees and district office with essential human resources management. Oversight of daily activities such as hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, tuition reimbursement, salary changes, evaluations, and employee discipline. Recommending process, policy, and procedure improvements, as well as oversight of the implementation. Responsible for Human Resource representation at board meetings.
Human Resource Generalist November 2022-October 2023

My primary role was to have oversight of all Human Resource related employee requests, HR audits, and recruiting efforts for Onix Hospitality, a division of the Onix Group. Secondarily, I supported the VP of Real Estate with administrative tasks, such as the competition of project management goals and requirements, state and local government communication via forms or portals, loan forgiveness, and review and competition of FF&E for new or expansion projects happening at Onix Group.

Practice Manager
This was a leadership position with a two-physician practice, where I was able to demonstrate both organizational and analytical skills on a daily basis. Worked extensively with senior management, physicians, and office staff to plan, coordinate, and execute all practice administrative functions. The position requires the coordination and management of all Clinical and Administrative Staff. The position also entails the organization of schedules, time-tracking documentation, staff meetings, budgets, credentialing, continuing education tracking, and payroll. The office and hospital schedules are maintained using the Epic software application. I have also served as the cardiology organization’s departmental representative to senior-level administration at Jennersville and Reading hospitals.
Key Project:
- Onboarding and Off-boarding Clinical Providers – Organization’s key point of contact related to maintaining clinician on-boarding and off-boarding process. Tasked with the planning and execution of the overall clinician entering/exiting the organization process including interviewing potential candidates, acclimating clinicians and staff, obtaining Locums Physician coverage for any gaps in hospital coverage, providing necessary documentation to medical staff credentialing and payor credentialing. Under my guidance, Tower Health’s Cardiology Organization has successfully on-boarded and off-boarded eight clinicians in an 18-month period.

Conducted project meetings, administered budget, conducted application testing, and managed cross-departmental communications; successfully installing EHR solution on 50 workstations within a six-month period.
Scheduling Manager, Operations Department (November 2001 – December 2003)
This is a leadership position at this four physician practice, which allows for a demonstration of organizational and analytical skills. The position required the coordination and management of all Medical Staff and Administrative Staff. The position also entailed the organization of meetings, lectures, conferences, vacations, and executive committee meetings. The office and hospital schedules were maintained using the Medics software application. As the organizational representative to affiliated hospitals, requirements include: the Credentialing, Scheduling, and Budgeting of future Medical Staff activities.
Medical Billing Technician, Billing Department (June 1999 – November 2001)
This was a customer-focused position that required constant interaction with internal and external clients. The main requirement of this position was interaction with Health Insurance Organizations, Clients, and Medical Staff. Daily functions included: client billing, HCFA billing, and on-line billing systems. This position also entailed the reporting and appealing of denied claims with Health Insurance Organizations. Billing Department liaison with HMO affiliates, Medicare, and Medicaid. Daily interaction with the Accounts Receivable Department was necessary to collect outstanding client debt.
