I am in my seventh year of nursing; I started on a neurology specific inpatient unit, worked as a stroke responder and obtained my national stroke certification. I then moved to the realm of emergency nursing at a Level 1 trauma center- gained an immense amount of experience for a few years before deciding to try out travel. During my time I have been a charge nurse, a preceptor, and always tried to learn from those around me. On my final travel last assignment, I found myself working with the pediatric population in Atlanta at CHOA and when I came back home to Orlando had the opportunity to work for Nemours in the ER as well, where I have now been going on two years.
