Dr. Rosana Morganti Salvá completed her pediatric residency at Puerto Rico Children’s Hospital after earning her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico at Aguadilla.

Dr. Morganti is passionate about preventive care and promoting overall child health. As she begins her subspecialty training in pediatric endocrinology, she looks forward to applying these principles to the care of children with endocrine disorders.

She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Puerto Rican Society of Pediatrics. Born, raised, and trained in Puerto Rico, she is a native Spanish speaker and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing her to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations and provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
