Session Description: 

Dr. Jennifer Bleznak will be reviewing conditions and management of patients who present to the Emergency Department and carry a complex medical history. 

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this activity, participants will be able to: 

  • Identify and address knowledge gaps in the management of emerging or high-risk conditions frequently encountered in the emergency setting.
  • Apply current evidence-based guidelines to the assessment and management of high-acuity ED patients to enhance clinical decision-making.
  • Demonstrate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to optimize patient outcomes in time-sensitive and complex clinical scenarios.

Target Audience:

This program is intended for all physician associates who work in the NCHDE Emergency Department.
