Nikki Outten holds a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of Delaware. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware with over 15 years of experience working in the foster and adoptive social services field. Since 2019, she has provided therapeutic support as a Trauma-Informed Care Therapist to foster and adoptive families, including children, adolescents, and adults.
