Meg Garey, LPCMH

Meg Garey holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Boston College (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from Indiana University (2003). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in Delaware. Since July 2016, she has been the Executive Director of A Better Chance for Our Children, overseeing programming, training, compliance, and fundraising. Previously, she was a Clinical Supervisor at Children's Home + Aid in Chicago (2014-2016), focusing on therapy supervision, program development, and trauma/LGBTQ training initiatives. At Cardinal McCloskey Community Services in Bronx, NY (2006-2012), she held leadership roles, managing staff and client groups, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her early career includes direct-service roles as a Behavioral Health Specialist and Staff Therapist.
