PICU Team Simulations will provide an opportunity for the interprofessional team to collaborate as they simulate the resuscitation of a critically ill pediatric patient.

Objectives: 1.  Learners will recognize non-perfusing rhythms and apply correct PALS algorithm.

2.  Learners will utilize closed loop communication among all members of team.

3.  Learners will demonstrate high quality CPR.
