Transforming Nursing Workload Measurement to Mitigate Burnout: An AI-Driven Approach

This regularly scheduled series provides clinicians the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest evidence-based practice initiatives, and research related to the specialty of Nursing. 
Objectives:
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe how EHR audit logs can identify workload patterns.
  • Evaluate evidence-based strategies for implementing AI-driven workload measurement systems to improve nurse staffing decisions.
