Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
Use close reading and writing as a means of processing difficult events and mitigating compassion fatigue.
Discuss works of art, narrative works, poems, graphic novels and reflect on their assumptions and biases towards patients.
Develop relationships with their teammates based on shared discussions and participation in activities.

Apply improved listening skills and introspection to the clinical encounter.
Fortify clinical encounters and collegial relationships with narrative competence.
