Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Evaluate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and symptoms in order to detect meniscus tears.
- Discuss meniscus treatment options for a variety of meniscus tear patterns and locations.
Practice Change
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Order MRIs for all patients with knee effusion to evaluate for meniscus, cartilage, or ligamentous injury.
