Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the purpose and methodology of the U.S. News & World Report (USNWR) hospital rankings and their relevance to healthcare organizations.
  • Review Central Florida's historical USNWR performance, recent rankings, and projected opportunities for improvement in future survey cycles.
  • Identify the direct and indirect ways advanced practice providers influence key drivers of hospital quality, patient outcomes, patient experience, and reputation.
  • Discuss opportunities for clinical care teams to further support initiatives that strengthen both patient care and national performance benchmarks.
