Objectives

- Apply a generational intelligence framework to adapt teaching, feedback, and supervisory approaches for the next generation of pediatric healthcare professionals.
- Identify the role of mattering as bridge concept between generations in clinical and educational settings.

- Implement at least one intentional strategy that uses mattering as a bridge concept across generations in clinical and educational settings.
