This regularly scheduled series provides Nurses and Nursing Assistants the opportunity to attend a didactic session that discusses and analyzes the latest research, interesting cases, and evidence-based practices related to the specialty of medically complex pediatrics patients.

Objectives

Participants will be able to list 2 patient factors which indicate the need for a specialty support surface.

Participants will be able to name 2 ostomy care accessories and their uses.
