Johanna is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years in advanced practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and spent 16 years as a Level III NICU registered nurse and charge nurse before obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Currently, Johanna practices clinically in the Level III NICU at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, a Nemours-affiliated site. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she plays an active role in quality improvement supporting the central FL Nemours partnerships.
